This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Pinguin ("Service"), operated by Boyan Valchev. We want you to feel comfortable trying Pinguin Pro.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a paid Pinguin plan. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email and request a refund, or
- Contact us via the in-app feedback form and we will help you initiate the refund with Paddle.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you are within the 30-day window above, you can still request a refund using the steps in the previous section.
Refunds outside the 30-day window
Outside the 30-day window we generally do not offer refunds, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis where required by law (for example, mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence) or in cases of clear billing error or significant Service unavailability. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to all purchases.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
